Cbank to simplify entry of Russian companies to foreign markets
MOSCOW, Jul 13 (PRIME) -- The central bank will simplify entrance to the foreign markets for the Russian companies by cancelling the requirement to float no more than 25% of shares, and no more 50% of the shares a firm plans to float abroad until the end of 2021, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
“The draft was developed with the scope of cancelling the regulation on the amount of shares and convertible securities of a Russian issuer, the placement … of which is supposed to be done outside Russia,” the statement read.
